1. Painting Estimates & Scopes

All project quotes or estimates provided through our website, phone consultations, or on-site inspections are preliminary calculations based on details provided. Official contracts require a signed document detailing the precise scope of preparation, paint products, colors, and schedules. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing.

2. Color Selections & Product Adhesion

Clients are responsible for final color selections. Professional Oregon Painting provides assistance and sample testing, but we are not responsible for visual dissatisfaction with colors once applied. We stand by our paint application quality, but do not warrant adhesion issues resulting from structural dampness, pre-existing water damage, or underlying rot that was not contracted to be replaced.

3. Weather Constraints

Exterior painting is highly dependent on climate conditions. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule painting projects to ensure proper paint drying times and coating adhesion in accordance with manufacturer product specifications (such as Sherwin-Williams, Rodda Paint, or Miller Paint). We will communicate any weather delays promptly.

4. CCB & License Compliance

Our operations are fully compliant with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB License #174196). Any disputes regarding building codes or contractor claims will be handled in accordance with the regulatory frameworks established by the state of Oregon.
